4th of July Fireworks Craft - super easy!

Last year was the first year we got to enjoy fireworks with my son. He was finally old enough to stay up late and not get scared!  Fireworks really do capture the attention and imagination of kids.

I love how easy this craft is - great for kids with a short attention span (i.e.boys - just kidding!)

You just trace their hands in red or blue, and mount them onto red or blue paper.  Next squeeze glue into a pattern so it will look like an exploding firework, along the fingers.  Your kids can then dump glitter onto the glue, and you just shake off the excess to get this cute effect.

You can also just skip the handprint and do this on plain paper.  I did it that way last year and it was even faster and almost as cute:)
