I See Me is a really neat company. They create personalized books for kids, and incorporate the child's name into the story. I was given one of the My Very Own Name books for each of my kids, and they are so sweet. They show how the animals came together to choose the child's name, for example the Alligator suggesting an A, the Bear suggesting a B etc. I also love the book they have about the different things a child might grow up to be, in which the illustrations have the kids name (like on the back of a sports jersey or on a truck etc.)
The books are not too expensive, ranging from around $25 to $40, and Plum District is offering a 20% coupon for new customers - use code PLUMDIS at checkout. They make a really great gift. You can also have a personalized note printed in the front page of the book, so the kids and family will always remember who the book was from and the occasion. So sweet!
